You give me an easy, fun way to post at least once a month, and I must thank you for that. :)
I would totally write a more meaningful, detailed post, but I must go to bed immediately. These kiddos are really gonna give me a run for my money, LOL! I've got some hilarious little sweeties this year. It usually takes a little while for most of them to really come out of their shells, you know? Not so much this year! HA! I consider it payback for my own behavior when I was in school. Yep--B in Citizenship on every. single. report card. "Needs to learn to control her talking." That was always the teacher comment. :D My friends and colleagues would NEVER guess this about me, HA. (Yes they would; I still never shut my mouth.)
Anyway.
By the by, Brix wines are only $6.99, and I swear they are good,
at least if you know nothing about wine other than the fact that you like it.
Be sure to holla at Farley over at Oh Boy 4th Grade.
Link up, and remember the rule of 3. You know you wanna. Peace out, and get some sleep. 2 more weekdays. And good luck with assessments if you're as bogged down in them as I am right now! :D
I agree with you about not wanting to be exhausted everyday! A massage is a great idea. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Owl Things First
So funny, I'm listening to football, not by choice as well! I wish I wasn't as exhausted every day too! It sure is hard to get used to standing all day after a summer off! I had to force myself to go to the gym today! :)
ReplyDeleteHello! We just found you through Farley's Currently! You MUST have relatives of our CRAZY classes this year! Both of our groups started off without a lick of shyness!! Sparkly little darlings, but CHATTY!!! We are now following you and would love it if you stop by and visit us sometime!

I saw your blog through Farley and wanted to give a holla your way! I'm also in need of some sleep and keep telling myself, "Why can't every week be four days long?" Sleeping in is just three days away!

I totally hear you about the exhaustion! I thought it was just my body getting used to being back but it has been 3 weeks now. More caffeine I guess. Good luck with your 15 month old. My son is almost 3 and has been going through the worst stage for about 4 months...ugh! Someone told me it lasts till 3 1/2. What???

Life's A Beach in First Grade
I found you through Farley's currently. I understand, too, about being exhausted. My girls are both playing volleyball, so we have games 2 or 3 days a week, and I stay at school to wait for their practice to end the other days. I have had fun watching them play, though. I'd like to invite you over to my blog for my linky called Fun Friday. It is all about the fun things we do in our classrooms. I'd love for you to link up if you get a chance!

Teaching Fourth
I miss my Sonic drinks. One of my goals for going back to school was to not drink as much soda. Originally, it was going to be just during the week but it's turn into everyday! I haven't had a Diet Vanilla Coke in three weeks. I didn't realize how much I missed it until I read your Diet Dr. Pepper with vanilla. lol
ReplyDeleteThis weekend I am having one! :)
Hope you have a great week.
